OVERHAUL
You can do push-ups but you can't do more than 1 pull-up...
You can go for an easy jog but you have yet to push yourself to go faster...
You can lift a heavy weight but you are unable to bend and reach your toes...
OVERHAUL uses techniques from powerlifting to pilates to firefighter drills to push you beyond your limits. Achieve a fit body and improve in areas you never thought possible.
This is an indoor/outdoor bootcamp.
